I’ve had my Model 60 for quite a while now and it’s without any competition my most used watch. It can be really “tool diver” on a plain rubber strap and very clean or sporty looking on the bracelet or a leather strap. The movement has held up nicely and it keeps the time reliably. This isn’t my first Aquastar and I won’t hesitate to by more in the future.

I love my Aquastar Model 60. It’s a rugged, beautiful and extremely accurate timekeeping companion. I really like the fact that it looks like the watch my dad gave me in 1970 to go snorkeling when I was a kid. I grew up in Miami watching the undersea world of Jaques Cousteau and the ocean has always been a very important part of my life, and diving with a great watch like this is icing on the cake. Really a perfectly proportioned watch. I wear mine surfing nearly every week and it’s the only watch I’ve ever owned where the salt water does not freeze the bezel. The bezel is beautifully angled, making the rehaut nearly unnoticeable. This is design language you rarely see on divers outside of Tudor or Rolex.

I love my model 60. I chose a black, Erica’s Original Marine National strap for it. It is my go to watch for day to day functions. It looks good with blue jeans and a t-shirt or pairs equally well with a suit.
It also keeps time well but I would expect nothing less. I think that with this watch you get a lot more value than the cost. It is one of the best deals going. Strongly recommend.

I bought the first edition of the Aquastar Model 60 with the La Joux-Perret movement, and it’s been my daily ever since. The factory-regulated movement has been very accurate and keeps great time. I also love the beads-of-rice bracelet too as it’s comfortable and looks just as good with a suit as it does with casual clothes. A watch I genuinely enjoy wearing every day!

Great watch! Been wearing it everyday since receiving it. Really like that the re-edition is so true to the original model 60. I wear it sailing and surfing, bezel still works perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Die Uhr ist wirklich eine schöne Taucheruhr aus dem 60er Jahren. Der kleine Gehäusedurchmesser von 37 mm lässt die Uhr auch an meinem 19 cm Handgelenk nicht zu klein wirken. Mit meinen 2 Metern Körpergröße ist dies eine absolut Wertigkeit wirkende Kombination. Besonders hervorragend ist die kleine Schnellverstellung des Armbandes um ca
: 10mm, welches an heißen Sommertagen absolut praktisch ist. Negativ und deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne, bewerte ich die Box in der die Aquastar geliefert wurde. Dies ist nicht die schöne, schwarze Holzbox aus Eschenholz (wie in allen Videos auf Youtube angepriesen),sondern eine Lederuhrenrolle. Freuen würde ich mich darüber wenn die Qualitätsfirma Aquastar mir eine solche noch nachträglich schicken würde. Dennoch tolle Skindiver.
