Jason Heaton is a technical diver and writer who covers adventure travel, diving and watches. He is the author of the dive thriller Depth Charge, whose protagonist Julian “Tusker” Tusk is an underwater archaeologist working wreck sites in Sri Lanka.

Heaton co-hosts The Grey NATO with James Stacey, a weekly podcast on adventure, diving, watches and travel. He has written about dive watches for a number of watch and outdoor publications.
